Project Overview

Kuon is a digital vault service, a secure online platform that collects and manages digital assets and login information, allowing users to share access rights with trusted individuals. These digital assets include online account login details (e.g., online banking, brokerage, cryptocurrency accounts), social media and email accounts, digital files like photos, videos, music, documents, frequent flyer miles, and credit card points. Creating a digital life roadmap with Kuon can be invaluable for loved ones after a user's passing, simplifying what would normally be a lengthy process of locating and accessing online accounts. This service offers full control over who can access each account and when.

The project began with foundational business research and benchmarking against various software companies. After measuring and comparing their functions, a complete user experience (UX) flow was developed to identify optimal approaches. Following this, the team embarked on UI/UX design and development implementation. The development phase, resulting in a prototype, took approximately six months before it was delivered to the client.
