In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733, Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, Regulations of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Peru, THE METEOR LABS SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA CERRADA (S.A.C), identified with Single Taxpayer Registry (RUC) No. 20611749741, (hereinafter, "METEORLABS")), registered in electronic item No. 15437826 of the Registry of Legal Entities at the SUNARP office, (hereinafter, "METEORLABS", informs you through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy"), of the conditions of the processing of your information.

As a normal part of our activities, we collect information about our Users and website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), who access and use our METEORLABS application (hereinafter the Application) and website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

The User freely, expressly, prior and informed consents to METEORLABS processing the personal data that you provide to us through the electronic forms proposed and storing them in a database of its Users for the purposes established in this Policy.

You are informed that the User's information will be stored in one of the following personal data banks, for the period indicated, as appropriate.

METEORLABS may modify this Policy. In such a case, METEORLABS will notify the User by publishing an updated version of the Policy on this page and/or by pointing out on the Website or Applications, in order to keep the User updated. The User accepts that, if after such notification, he/she maintains his/her registration on the Website and Applications, it is because he/she agrees with them. If you do not agree, the User must request to unsubscribe from METEORLABS, in which case, METEORLABS will no longer process your information, but only for compliance with applicable law.

1. RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CANCELLATION AND RECTIFICATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

   • The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, established in the regulations on the protection of personal data. If the User considers that they have not been attended to in the exercise of their rights, they may file a complaint with the Directorate of Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
   • The User may review and change the information he/she has submitted to METEORLABS, for duly justified and legitimate reasons, including:
     1. The username and email address.
     2. Registration information such as: address, city, region, zip code, primary phone number, secondary phone number, email, etc.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

• In order to access the METEORLABS application as a Consumer User, Users must register, providing certain complete and accurate personal data. METEORLABS may request, collect and store the following personal information: nickname or pseudonym (username of the data) to operate on the METEORLABS site, first and last name, valid document or identification number, physical contact information (such as telephone number, home address, type of address, e-mail address, etc.), purchase history, consumption preferences, Banking information.
• In order to file a Complaint in the Complaint Book on the Website, METEORLABS will collect data from you such as first and last names, identity document, address, telephone number, age, claim, email and purchase information (hereinafter, Personal Information).
• METEORLABS may confirm the Personal Information provided by going to publicly accessible sources, such as public entities, specialized companies or risk centers. This verification is necessary to improve the services through our Apps and Website.
• METEORLABS is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of our users' personal data. Data collection is done through direct interactions, automated technologies, and sometimes through trusted third parties, always with the user's consent. We strive to implement advanced technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This includes the use of encryption, firewalls, and security protocols in the transmission of sensitive information.

3. PURPOSE AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE TREATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES AND USES, AS APPLICABLE:

• If you are a consumer user: Personal Information will be treated in accordance with the contractual relationship between METEORLABS and the Consumer User through the Applications and the Website, in accordance with their terms and conditions. Your information may also be used, in an anonymized form, to conduct internal studies on the User's interests, behaviors, and demographics to better understand their needs and interests and to offer better services or provide them with related information.
• If you use our Virtual Complaint Books: Your information will be processed only to address and follow up on the complaint.
• Consent for promotional purposes: Only and exclusively in the event that you have expressly and voluntarily accepted, through the Applications or the Website, to receive information about news, discounts and recommendations on the products and services of METEORLABS, you authorize METEORLABS to send information through different means, such as messages to the User by e-mail, SMS (text message) and/or to any other type of mobile devices or through instant messaging platforms, about advertising or promotions, banners, of interest to the User, news about METEORLABS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User may at any time request to be excluded from the lists for the sending of promotional or advertising information. Likewise, if the User decides not to accept receiving these communications, at the time of registration, by unchecking the corresponding box, they can grant their authorization at any time later, through the corresponding support centers.
• METEORLABS will treat the personal data provided by users confidentially, with all legal guarantees and in accordance with Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, I also acknowledge that I have been informed by METEORLABS that, in order to exercise my rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and objective processing of personal data, the user must communicate to the following email: _______
• Storage period: For the duration of the contractual relationship between METEORLABS and you.

4. PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING REQUESTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA: For dealing with requests relating to personal data, METEORLABS has established clear and accessible procedures. Users can direct their queries, complaints, or requests to the METEORLABS customer service department via [email/phone number]. This department is responsible for channeling requests to the appropriate areas within the organization to ensure effective and timely management.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: METEORLABS agrees not to disclose the User's Personal Information except as specified in this policy. Both parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of information shared or generated through this service, including data about operations, personnel, and business partners. The safeguards must be equivalent to those used for your own confidential information, and this commitment persists even after the end of the contract. Any content derived from the confidential information shall remain the property of the originator.

6. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be over 18 years of age to register on the APP or the Site as a consumer user.
• METEORLABS may verify the actual age of any Data Subject through legal instruments that it deems most appropriate and pertinent for each case
• In the event of a reasonable suspicion that a User of the data of the Application has registered in breach of the minimum age limits or that he has falsified the data required for access, METEORLABS may deny access to its services.
• Under no circumstances will METEORLABS request the consent of minors for the processing of personal data for access to activities related to goods or services that are restricted to adults.
• METEORLABS will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other third parties to ensure compliance with laws. METEORLABS may disclose the User's Personal Information without the User's consent only when permitted by law, required by court order, or in cases of prevention of money laundering or terrorist financing or the case that such User participates in illegal activities. In such situations, METEORLABS will collaborate with the competent authorities in order to safeguard the integrity and security of the community and its Data Users.

7. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: In the processing of Personal Information, METEORLABS guarantees that it has adopted technical measures to ensure the security of your personal data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, considering that the Internet is an open system, with public access, METEORLABS cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not eventually be able to overcome security measures and use Personal Information improperly, as these are unforeseeable events.

The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that METEORLABS, at its sole discretion, collects, stores and eventually monitors the exchange of messages and emails between the Consumer User and METEORLABS, carried out within the METEORLABS Applications, with the sole objective of contributing to the security of the relationships and communications that are developed through them.
